Venturing into the realm of business, Mr. Stender’s academic journey led him to the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he delved into the intricacies of Hotel & Restaurant Management. Following his studies, he dedicated twenty-one years to brokering investment grade hotels for a boutique real estate firm in Minnesota. Overseeing more than 200 transactions for diverse investors, from prominent REITs to first-time hotel owners, Corey discerned that attentive listening was the cornerstone in successful transactions, contributing to his success and status as one of the premier hotel brokers in the Midwest.
